Enter the dark and mysterious world of H.P. Lovecraft with Great Old One: Cthulhu Mythos Playing Cards, a beautifully illustrated deck created for fans of cosmic horror and the strange entities that inhabit the Cthulhu Mythos.

Created by Vermilion Collection in collaboration with Silver Key Society, the deck features exclusive artwork inspired by Lovecraftian characters, creatures and scenes. Each card has been carefully designed with a restrained, vintage aesthetic, using textured-paper backgrounds and richly detailed illustrations to give the deck the appearance of something discovered in a forgotten archive.

The deck contains 54 poker-size playing cards, with custom artwork extending throughout the deck. The court cards draw inspiration from some of the most recognisable entities of the Mythos, including Shub-Niggurath, Yog-Sothoth and Nyarlathotep.

Printed on 300gsm double-coated card stock, the cards are embossed on both sides and treated with an anti-scratch finish designed to provide a smooth feel during handling and play.

The deck also features the Chaosium Arcane Symbol – the Star Elder Sign, officially used under licence from Chaosium Inc.
