We aim to get your order packed and on its way as quickly and safely as possible.
Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 9am on working days are normally dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 9am will usually be dispatched on the next working day.
- During exceptionally busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
- You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
UK Delivery
- UK orders are sent using Royal Mail.
- Delivery options and prices are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
- Free UK delivery is available on orders over £50.
- Tracking information will be provided where applicable.
Most UK orders arrive within approximately 1–4 working days after dispatch, depending on the Royal Mail service selected.
International Delivery
International delivery is available to selected destinations.
- Delivery times are typically around 7–21 working days, depending on the destination and local postal service.
- International delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
Customs & Import Charges
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may be applied by their country.
Lost or Damaged Orders
