Discover Modiano Playing Cards – Italian card-making heritage since 1868

Explore our collection of Modiano Playing Cards, combining more than 150 years of Italian manufacturing heritage with cards designed for Poker, Bridge and traditional games.

Founded in Trieste, Italy in 1868, Modiano began with cigarette papers before expanding into lithographic printing and eventually becoming one of Italy’s best-known playing card manufacturers.

Today Modiano produces an extensive range of playing cards, including Poker Size decks, Jumbo Index cards, 100% plastic playing cards and traditional Italian regional decks.

Modiano’s 100% plastic cards are particularly popular with regular players thanks to their flexibility, smooth handling and resistance to moisture, scratches and everyday wear. The range also includes traditional cardstock decks for players who prefer the familiar feel of paper playing cards.

From classic Poker decks and easy-to-read Jumbo Index designs to distinctive Italian regional patterns, Modiano offers playing cards for casual games, regular players and collectors alike.

All Modiano playing cards are made in Italy, continuing a card-making tradition that stretches back more than 150 years.
